pub enum ConsolidationMode {
Rebuild,
Merge {
rebuild_after: f64,
},
}Expand description
How UpdatableVGraph::consolidate_with publishes the next generation.
Variants§
Rebuild
Build the base graph again over every live row.
Merge
Keep the previous base graph: splice deleted vertices out of the lists that pointed
at them and link the delta rows in with the build’s insertion pass. Falls back to a
rebuild when there is no base graph to keep, when the base is renumbered or carries a
screen or blocks, when the delta outnumbers the surviving base rows, or when the rows
inserted and deleted since the last rebuild (counted in memory from open) would reach
rebuild_after times the live rows.
